Community Technology Learning Centre (CTLC) is an initiative of Mir Khalil ur Rahman Foundation whose mission remains to “Connect the Disconnected” aiming to build an ICT (Information and Communication Technology) friendly Pakistan by developing global competence for a changing world necessary for a nation to grow. CTLC is a joint venture between MKR Foundation and Microsoft Corporation.
